- Home circuit and energy usage data from your Refoss EM16P monitor
- Account information: phone number, name
- Device identifiers for push notifications
- App usage and interaction data
3. How We Use Your Data
- To monitor your home electrical circuits
- To detect anomalies and generate alerts
- To power the CLiDE AI assistant
4. Third-Party AI Service
The CLiDE app uses the Anthropic Claude API to power the AI assistant. When you use the CLiDE chat feature, anonymized circuit and energy usage data is sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- Data sent: circuit names, energy readings, anomaly descriptions (no personal contact info)
- Who receives it: Anthropic, PBC (anthropic.com/privacy)
- You will be asked for permission before this feature activates in the app
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Third parties:
- Anthropic (AI processing)
- Apple (push notifications)
- Cloudflare (infrastructure)
6. Your Rights
Request deletion of your data at any time: support@myclide.com
7. SMS / Text Messaging
Mobile numbers collected for service notifications are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
